Never look at the before and after colours from the boxes, because they are always wrong. I left my hair in for 35 minutes and it almost turned black, which I'm okay with because I knew it would turn darker than it said. It comes with 3 things : cream colouring, conditioner and a flacon.

     

One of my favourite outfit to wear is the bohemian outfit. I made a bohemian outfit by choosing a floral dress which has a crochet pattern on the bottom lining. I paired it with a cozy grey with white knitted cardigan and the ankle boots.

Recently, I have been eating chestnuts as snacks. This is very healthy because it's low in carbohydrates, fats and calories. My mom bought suddenly lots of chestnuts and I started to eat it and I really liked it, I didn't think of the health benefits, I just enjoy eating it. And later when I looked up on the internet, chestnuts are apparently very healthy for you. Also, it's quite filling for my stomach and it helps with cravings, which is a good thing. 

Health benefits: 

- Chestnuts, unlike other nuts and seeds, are relatively low in calories, fat, but are very rich in mineral, vitamins and Phyto-nutrients.

- Unlike other nuts, chestnuts is made out of starch. E.g. (Sweet potato, sweet corn)

- They are a good source of dietary fiber. Fiber diet helps lower blood cholesterol levels by limiting excess cholesterol absorption in the intestines.

-Very rich in vitamins, especially vitamin C, which is a strong anti-oxidant and good for the teeth, bones and blood vessels.

- Chestnuts are also rich in folates, which is a unique feature because there aren't many nuts which are rich in folates. Folic acid is needed for the formation of red blood cells, ad DNA synthesis.

How I prepare it: 

- Another good thing, it's very easy to prepare. I cut it with a knife in the middle, which you can see in the photos below. Afterward, I put it in a steamer and steam it for 15 minutes and Voila it's ready to eat!

The reason why I really love Lush products is because these products really do what they claim to do. Although, they are pretty expensive for my teenager budget, they are truly worth it. What I do is for example not using it too often so it could last long for my money, I use it for example once a week.

They gave me a little book about Lush, which is well organized. Each product has a description and they are categorized in the categories : Bath bombs, Bubble bars, Soap, Shower Jellies, Shower gels, Shower creams, Shower smoothies, Showders, Wash cards, Wash sheets, Body scrubs, Moisturizers, Fresh Masks, Hair dressing, Hair oil treatments, Shampoo. Conditioner, Bath melts, Massage Bars, Body Lotions, Face cleaner, Toner & Steamers And many more ! Omg.. big list sorry. But they have so many products and they are all so unique. This book really makes me excited to try all their products.

BIG Shampoo REVIEW: This product is amazing. It does what it says it will do. Ït will make your hair BIG and it gives tons of volume to your hair. There are small chunks of salt which makes your hair that big, which you can compare it with sea salt spray. and the other part is the shampoo which smells amazing and cleans your hair very well. It smells a bit like the sea/beach. I always use this shampoo whenever I have a big event and want to have big volume in my hair.

Bubble gum lipscrub REVIEW : Again it does what it says. It scrubs your lip and as a result, you will get a lip feeling like a baby bottom. Your lip will feel so smooth and soft and the other good part is, you get to eat the lipscrub ! Which tastes like bubble gum !

Snow fairy shower gel REVIEW : This product smells astonishingly goooood. It's very expensive but that's ok because I only use it once in two weeks, because if you use it too often you will get used to the smell and it wouldn't be as exciting as in the beginning. Also this is a limited edition during the Christmas times. It has a very strong sweet bubblegum smell to it.
