Recently, I tried a smoothie and I wanted to share my recipe with you, because it's deliciousss. This smoothie is very energizing good for a pre or a post workout.
Recipe :
- 1 banana
- 1/2 avocado or 1 small avocado
- 1 orange
- water or milk to your own wish
This was also the first time using nutri- bullet and I loved using it. It blends incredibly fast.
